Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches frozen
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • ¾ cup natural yogurt substitute dairy-free or plant-based yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavoued whey protein powder substitute with plant-based protein

Toppings: choose your favourite fruit to garnish generously

  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • goji berries
  • coconut shavings
  • walnuts
  • chia seeds
  • muesli (granola) substitute gluten-free granola

Instructions

  • Place all measured ingredients into a high-speed blender then mix for 1-2 minutes or until it has become a smooth, even texture.
  • Wash, dry and chop selected fruit to be used as garnish.
  • Measure out desired amount of granola in two separate bowls - recommend utilizing serving size as listed on box.
  • Pour smoothie mixture evenly into both bowls and top with garnish. Serve straight away!
