Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop whey protein substitute plant-based protein
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Depending on favourite smoothie consistency, option to add more coconut water or plant-based milk to increase serving size. For an additional boost of protein and nutrition, add a mix of raspberries, strawberries and goji berries.
