Citrus Green Smoothie

Ingredients

spinach

piece of ginger

large grapefruits

water

frozen mango

fresh lime

large celery stalk

apple

hemp seeds
Instructions
Squeeze juice from both grapefruits, ½ of lime and pour all contents in blender.
Peel then chop ginger.
Cut up the apple and celery into large pieces.
Place all remaining ingredients into the blender, add the water. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into two glasses, divide evenly. Serve immediately.
Notes
Opt for powder supplements to add-in to this citrus mix first thing in the morning.
