Equipment

  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 1 knife
  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 inch piece of ginger 2.5 cm
  • 2 large grapefruits
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • ½ fresh lime
  • 1 large celery stalk
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Squeeze juice from both grapefruits, ½ of lime and pour all contents in blender.
  • Peel then chop ginger.
  • Cut up the apple and celery into large pieces.
  • Place all remaining ingredients into the blender, add the water. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses, divide evenly. Serve immediately.

Opt for powder supplements to add-in to this citrus mix first thing in the morning.
